Instant Pot Spaghetti
One-pot spaghetti with ground beef cooked under pressure. Everything cooks together with sauce and noodles for an easy weeknight dinner.

Switch the pot to sauté mode and brown the ground beef, breaking it into small pieces as it cooks. Mix in the seasonings while the meat finishes cooking. Turn off the pot and drain excess fat if needed.
Break the noodles in half and scatter over the meat. Pour the spaghetti sauce, canned tomatoes, and water over the noodles. Use a spoon to submerge the noodles so they are fully covered by liquid.
Lock the lid and set to high pressure for 8 minutes. When done, release pressure manually. Stir well and serve.
Notes
Drain excess fat after browning the meat to keep the dish from becoming greasy.
Breaking the noodles ensures they cook evenly and stay submerged in the liquid.
